We began our business back in 1993 with just half a dozen or so products which were delivered to Coeliacs across the UK.
All products were baked to order and delivered the next day. For the first time fresh gluten free bread was available, until that time the market standard was bread in a tin can!
The range was eventually increased to include crumpets, sausage rolls, cornish pasties, battenburg cakes etc. In fact over 200 different lines were produced daily at peak.
In 2005 a bakery site was established in Poland to manufacture gluten free products European market. The site specialises in modified atmosphere packaging to achieve long shelf life, up to six months and frozen bread, rolls and filled pastries and pies. 95% of production goes to export. Italy, Germany, France, UK and Ireland are our biggest markets.
In 2008 we opened our new UK bakery in Pontypool. It is from here that we now supply direct to the retail trade.
As well as our state of the art baking facilities, we have a team of product developers working on improving and adding to our current product line.
